Decree amending paragraphs IV and XI of Article 123, Section A, of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States

On March 3, 2026, the Decree amending Article 123, Section A, paragraphs IV and XI was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation Diario Oficial de la Federación (“DOF” per its acronyms in Spanish), with the aim of reducing working hours.
